Use Meditation with the Law of Attraction to Get Unstuck

With Law of attraction and Meditation being on the rise, Individuals from all walks of life are seeking to use these techniques to better their life circumstances. As easy as the principles behind each of these topics sound, the practice of them may not be as easy. This is where people begin to get stuck in the process and aren’t sure how to get back on the right track. 

If you are feeling stuck in your life, I want you to consider two things. 

First know that the limiting emotions of despair, frustration, overwhelm, self doubt, and self judgement keep you separate from your true self, your higher self. When you experience these emotions that are associated with lack you create a reality that perceives and feels even more lost, distant, and confused. It is nearly impossible to use the Law of Attraction to manifest a life you love from this state of being, or a lack state of mind. 

The second thing I want you to consider is your routine. Chances are you are doing the same predictable, automatic, unconscious things every single day.  Basically, you have become stuck in the habit of being you. But is it the you that you desire to be?

So how do you change this? How do you get unstuck?

Bringing the Unconscious into Consciousness

Start small and keep it simple. For example, change up what you eat for breakfast, what route you take to work, or even your bed time routine. If you brush your teeth with your right hand, switch to your left hand. Not only is this a different approach for the sake of being different, but it forces you to slow down and be more consciously aware of what you’re doing. In and of itself this creates an opportunity to be mindful and present. Soon you will see how this increased focus ripples out into an elevated vibration through other aspects of your life. Since the basis of the Law of Attraction is maintaining an elevated vibration you will already be moving closer towards the outcome you desire. 

Meditation

Meditation is a tool that you can use to help you reconnect with your higher self, your higher purpose, and reclaim your power to design your life how you see fit. The part where people often get confused when using meditation to try to manifest new things in their life is how to deal with the emotions of their current reality outside of meditation. When you come back to your senses and realize the reality you are creating is not right in front of you, it creates more emotions of lack. But the trick is to stay in emotion of how you feel knowing it is on its way. As long as you are living in the emotions of the future you are bonded to it. However, the moment you disconnect from those future emotions and revert back to the emotions of your past, nothing in your life changes.

Surrender Control

The key is to open your heart and allow emotions to flow without needing to control the outcome or the path to get there. Emotions flowing from heart, versus thoughts flowing from the head, connect you to the quantum field. Elevated emotions equals elevated energy. And elevated energy attracts elevated events or experiences. This is how you become an energetic match to all that you desire and use Meditation with the Law of Attraction to Manifest the destiny you desire. Now, the better you are at keeping your heart open the longer you will find yourself able to sustain the energy of your future. Your intention for meditation should not be on the outcome. Instead your intention should be focused on sustaining the energy of the outcome your desire.

 

Exercise

If this is sounding all too familiar for you, I want to walk you through an exercise. 

Take out a piece of paper. Write down one thing, experience, or outcome that you would like to manifest. If it is a dream car write car. If it is a successful business write business. Draw a circle around the word you wrote down. This word is going to be your inner circle. I then want you to draw a bigger circle around the smaller circle and I want you to write down your “why”. Why do you want a dream car, house, unlimited shopping spree? I then want you to draw lines connecting the inner circle to the outer circle and write down the emotions you want to feel by attaining that which you desire.

Writing down what you want specifically sends out the thought, but connecting with the words you write sends out the signal of energy.  Practice staying in the energy or elevated emotions and you will be able to attract all that you desire.
